⏰What are your hours?

We are by appointment only. Booking is open Tuesdays 1-5pm and Wednesday-Friday 10am-5pm. Please note that we will take weekend appointments, and we will take earlier or later appointments

We provide customized facials, advanced skincare treatments, therapeutic massage, and specialty options including anti‑aging, pregnancy‑safe, and oncology‑friendly services. Every treatment is tailored to your unique needs, so you leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and glowing. Please visit our services page to see all of our options!

📅 How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are booked online through our scheduling system. If you don’t see a day or time that works for you, message us—we can often accommodate requests even if the time you need isn’t shown on the booking calendar.

Facials and body treatments can be booked here
Massages can be booked here

Please note: if you have booked a massage and a facial at the same time, your card will be charged once for each service as we have separate booking apps.

Chill N Glo is located in The Boulevard Executive Park in Ormond Beach, inside Stellar Performance Medical’s IV Suite.

How to find us:
Once you pull into the entryway, from Granada take the first left. We are in Building C. After parking, enter through the door labeled 1–4. We are the first door on the left once you’re inside.

🚗 Is there parking?

Yes, there is convenient parking available on-site. 

🧴 How should I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with clean skin for facials and comfortable clothing for massage.
Please avoid exfoliating for 3 days before your facial appointment, unless your esthetician has instructed otherwise.

⏳ How early should I arrive?

Please arrive at your appointment time, ready. You may arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to settle in. If you’re running late, message us—we may be able to accommodate you, but your service will be adjusted to fit the original time slot. 

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
•     Late cancellations and no‑shows incur a 50% charge of the original service price.
•     This fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
•     If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to work with you, but your service will be tailored to fit the remaining time

Yes—every service is personalized. Whether it’s a facial or massage, we tailor each session to your goals, concerns, and comfort level.

🧼 Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. We use high‑quality, professional-grade products and can adjust your treatment for sensitive, reactive, or acne‑prone skin. Please contact us about your skin concerns and be sure to fill out your online paperwork right away to ensure we are aware of any allergies/sensitivities. 

*Please note, if you are highly reactive to products please message us so we can do a patch test before your appointment. Again, it is important to let us know of any allergies/sensitivities before your appointment to ensure we have the appropriate products for you.

💳 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, digital payments, gift cards, and cash.
Please note that we do not carry change.
Payment is due at the time of service.
